Carnival T-shirts:
Show your support for this traditional ROE event with a Carnival T-shirt. T-shirts must be pre-ordered in March and will be delivered to your oldest child’s classroom prior to the event. Please note that Carnival T-shirts will not be available for purchase at the Carnival.
Carnival Tickets:
Discount Carnival Tickets are also available for pre-order in March. All pre-purchased tickets will be available for pick up at the Will Call table (next to the Ticket Booth) on the day of the Carnival. Regularly priced tickets will be available for sale the day of the Carnival. Be sure to pre-order to save money and avoid the long lines!
Carnival Booth Volunteers:
Each class has been designated a booth for the Carnival, which will be staffed with volunteers from that class. In order for booths to remain open, each booth must be fully staffed with volunteers. Volunteer signups will be open in March. The sign up is often organized by grade level, so please make sure to scroll all the way through the list to find your child’s class.
Donate Canned Sodas for the Carnival Drink Drive :
Each year, the ROE PTO asks for drink donations for the ROE Carnival. In the past Frost Bank graciously donated bottled water, but we still needed canned sodas. If you would like to donate sodas , please bring drinks to carpool drop-off during the week of April. You may also drop drinks off at the table just inside the school, in front of the cafeteria during the week of April. Please do not bring water or juice for the drink drive as those drink needs are already covered.
Bring a Baked Good for the Cake Walk :
The Carnival Cake Walk is one of the most popular booths each year, but we need your help to ensure its success! We will be accepting baked goods in the carpool drop-off line or in the front of the school on Friday before the carnival. For health code purposes, we can only accept freshly baked items.
